I just wanted to update my review to share how incredible Dr. Thompson and her orthodontic team are! Every time I come in, she seems to know exactly what I want and always makes me feel heard and comfortable. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make each visit a great experience. I couldn’t be happier with the care I’m receiving! The Dr and the staff were all really nice! They also gave me a really good quote on Invisalign! So excited to start!

Best healthcare/dental experience by far! My daughter is highly anxious with any procedure and has a really hard time with doctors. She literally needs to be held down for vaccines. When we find out that she would need braces I got really nervous. Upon meeting Dr. Thompson at an event, My daughter was instantly comfortable! It was the first time I saw her speak to a healthcare provider without my guidance. I knew instantly that we would choose this Orthodontist! Dr. Thompson answered all of our questions and explained every detail and gave us options with grace and care. She uses modern technology to show how results progress. The staff is also amazing and accommodating! We ended up choosing invisaline as our therapy option. The procedure was so smooth. I am still in awe that we didn't have to hold my daughter down 😆 lol (She even let her use a drill!) Highly Recommend!

Dr. Thompson is phenomenal!! I got my Invisalign from her and two of my kids got braces from her. She did an excellent job - we all have beautiful teeth now! 😁 Staff is personable and friendly. De. Thompson is professional, prompt and clearly loves what she does. She’s also very friendly and has a great bedside manner. I highly, highly recommend her for anyone looking for Invisalign or Braces. 10/10!!!

lovely smiles was highly recommended by a couple of our friends. From the first call they were extremely professional, caring and quick! I called early in the week and had an appointment that following Friday! Upon arrival they had a welcome sign for my son, fresh cookies and drinks and that made an awesome impression on him! The office was clean and new! The doctor even greeted me in the waiting room prior to our appointment! They were very thorough in the explanation of everything and very willing to work to make a payment plan that works for us! My son loves this place (his words☺️)I highly recommend!

Dr. Thompson and her staff make you feel like family! Although this is my 3rd time getting braces (please wear your retainer) she has made this such an amazing experience. I’m so happy I chose to go with her. Although braces can be expensive, she has made me at ease and I never stressed a payment. They offer games/contest that allow you to win prizes and sometimes discounts off treatments. Oh did I mention she’s open on Saturdays? WIN! Dr. Thompson is the way, you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice and clean office. No long wait time in the waiting room. Welcomed with a smile upon entering the office. Excellent at communicating the entire process, cost, and options available for service. Flexible scheduling. Always open to answering any questions and giving tips for a smooth process. The orthodontist was friendly and showed an inviting personality. My son really likes coming there. So far, it has been a smooth process. Definitely give them a try. You or your child will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin? I can not say enough to express my immense love and appreciation for Dr. Thompson and her friendly staff and fellow team members, particularly Erica! The facility is state of the art with convenient access to Grand Parkway, the Westpark Toll, and the Katy Fwy. Her team members are consummate professionals and exemplify the standards of excellence. They are cheerful and gleaming with light and positive vibes. Erica, in particular, was super friendly, kind, and considerate of my situation and scheduling needs. It's as if I could see and feel her smiling through the phone, as she was eager to assist me and genuinely wanted to provide the absolute best customer experience. I first visited doctor Thompson a couple of years prior at another location and was blown away with the warm and personable service she provided. She worked diligently to provide the most viable treatment plan for me and made every single visit a delightful encounter. Although time has passed, I thought on countless occasions and have been remiss that I never slowed down from the hustle and bustle of work to give her a well deserved review. It was never a case of services rendered.. out of sight; out of mind. She and her team provide apex performance services and made me feel like family in each and every visit. Even after a couple of years later, on the follow up for more retainers, it was as if she'd just seen me, She recalled everything I was working on 2 years prior and inquired as to how everything was going. Dr. Thompson has been a blessing to me, restoring my smile and confidence. She's My Orthodontist for Life !!

I am not one to leave a review , but I have to express how much I love Dr Thompson . Every visit is so personable . From the moment you walk in the door she has your name displayed on the welcome screen and walk you straight to the back like a VIP client . Every appointment is swift so if you have a busy life or hate being in the dentist for hours this is the perfect place for you . There is always some sort of raffle , activity , or giveaway going on when you walk in so be warned you will receive a bunch of freebies .
