Let me say that I have had braces in the past and unfortunately, it was not the best work. Dr. Thompson is the gold standard! She provided me with the right retainers to ensure that I never have the same issue again. She is thorough, professional and friendly. Her office is brand new, has friendly, knowledgeable staff and she has top of the line equipment too. I have never seen a tool that can scan my teeth/mouth so perfectly until I came to this office. I came to have my teeth whitened and since it was my first time getting my teeth whitened, I was nervous but Dr Thompson was so kind and explained the whole process to me. That got me at ease. My favorite part was the to-go package for maintenance till next visit.
